Yoga and Acupressure for Labor
In this 90 minute class you and your partner will learn techniques for preparing for labor and birth. We will cover pain relief, positioning, acupressure points for labor and aromatherapy. Both participants should wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Please bring one yoga mat to the workshop. This class is hands-on and by the end you should feel confident in having added another tool to your birth kit.
